所谓“三段学导式”是以学生自学、教师指导为教学的基本形式,以相对稳定而又相互渗透、互相联系、有机结合的“自学——导读——训练”三段为教学基本程序的一种课堂教学模式。我们认为,这个课堂教学模式体现了改革的精神,符合马克思主义认识论的规律,也与人的学习心理过程、感知、理解、运用过程相吻合。按照信息论的原理,整个教学过程就是一个信息输入——信息加工——信息储存和输出的信息流程。同时,由于语文教学不仅要对学生进行语言训练,还要重视思维训练并渗透德育,所以教学过程的每个阶段都要贯穿着学生积极的思维活动。而思维活动必须凭借教材,在教师精心指导下,建立在学生潜心读书、专心上课的基础上,所以整个教学过程又形成了一个信息多向传递和及时反馈的系统。(如下图)
