目的 :进一步研究灯盏细辛 [Erigeron breviscapus( Vant.) Hand.- Mazz.]的化学成分。 方法 :采用硅胶柱层析对灯盏细辛的氯仿萃取部分的化学成分进行分离和纯化 ,应用理化常数和光谱分析 ( IR,MS,1 HNMR,1 3 CNMR)鉴定其结构。结果 :得到 6个单体化合物 ,结构分别为 3,4-二羟基肉桂酸 ( 3,4- dihydroxy- phenyl acrylic acid, ) ,α-甲氧基 - γ-吡喃酮 ( α-methoxy- γ- pyranone, )、豆甾醇 ( stigmasterol, )、豆甾醇 - 3- O- β- D-吡喃葡萄糖甙 ( stigm asterol- 3- O- β- D- glucopyranoside, ) ,β-谷甾醇 ( β- sistosterol, )、胡萝卜甙 ( β- sistosterol- 3- O- β- D- glucopyranoside, )。 结论 :化合物 , , , 为首次从本植物中分得。
Objective: To further study the chemical composition of Erigeron breviscapus (Vant.) Hand.-Mazz. Methods : The chemical constituents of the chloroform extract of Erigeron breviscapus were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography. Their structures were identified by physicochemical constants and spectral analysis (IR, MS, 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR). RESULTS: Six monomeric compounds were obtained, the structures of which were 3,4-dihydroxy-phenyl acrylic acid (α-methoxy-γ-pyridone), α-methoxy-γ-pyrone (α-methoxy-γ). - pyranone, ), stigmasterol (stigmasterol), stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (stigm asterol-3-o-β-D-glucopyranoside), β-sitosterol (β- Sistosterol, ), carrots (β-sistosterol- 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, ). Conclusion : Compounds, ,, were obtained from the plant for the first time.
