乡村是人类迈向文明高地的出发地,是现代人向往的“望得见山,看得见水,记得住乡愁”的精神家园。乡村也是江西省旅游资源最丰富、参与主体最多、受益面最广、带动性最强、发展潜力最大的领域。由于乡村旅游与扶贫攻坚在经济、产业、生态、文化等方面具有天然的耦合性,是联通一二三产业,整合乡村生产、生活、生态资源,激活产业、资本、土地、劳动力等要素的优选方式,因此,发展乡村旅游对于江西推动扶贫攻坚,促进城乡一体化发展,实现同步小康具有十分重大的战略意义。
