用国产季铵型聚苯乙烯阴离子树脂法分离大豆及发酵大豆粉中植酸,用钼酸铵法测定植酸中磷含量,测得两种样品植酸含量分别为1.545%和1.092%(n=7)。标准植酸、标准植酸加入大豆植酸提取液,大豆植酸提取液加入标准植酸中时,植酸或植酸提取液回收率分别为85.39%±2.06%(n=7),82.84%±3.49%(n=7),87.31%±6.12%(n=3)。树脂磨细和梯度洗脱可综合提高分离效果25%~30%。
The phytic acid in soybean and fermented soybean meal was separated by the domestic quaternary ammonium polystyrene anion resin. The phosphorus content in phytic acid was determined by ammonium molybdate method. The phytic acid content of the two samples was 1.545% and 1, respectively. 092% (n = 7). The standard phytic acid, standard phytic acid added soy phytic acid extract, soybean phytic acid extract added to standard phytic acid, phytic acid or phytic acid extract recovery rates were 85.39% ± 2.06% (n = 7 ), 82.84% ± 3.49% (n = 7), 87.31% ± 6.12% (n = 3). Resin grinding and gradient elution can improve the separation effect of 25% to 30%.
