历史文化资源是静态的,历史文化资源优势只有转化为产业优势,才能创造经济效益。河北拥有的丰富的文化资源、鲜明独特的地理区域特色,是河北文化产业化发展的基础和优势。目前河北历史文化资源优势向产业优势的转化还处于起步阶段,存在观念、体制、品牌研发、人才、大规模文化产业集群等问题。针对河北历史文化资源优势及其开发现状,发现存在问题与不足,提出有操作性的开发对策和发展思路。
