田间测试了苏云金素对棉铃虫及其主要天敌的影响。苏云金素与其他供试Bt制剂比较,对紫外线相对稳定,能抵抗田间不良环境的影响,药后7天,棉铃虫死亡率为92.59%。施药后15天,存活幼虫中有42.86%仍在叶部活动,苏云金素对天故的影响程度相对较小,施药后东亚小花蝽和中华草蛉种群数量增加,而龟纹瓢虫种群数量一直处于较低水平。结果表明,苏云金素对棉铃虫具有明显的控制作用,能够减少蕾铃被害数量,达到保产增收的目的。
The effects of threonin on cotton bollworm and its main natural enemies were tested in the field. Compared with the other Bt preparations, the results showed that the sunscreens were relatively stable to ultraviolet light and could resist the adverse environment in the field. The mortality of cotton bollworm was 92.59% after 7 days. Fifteen days after application, 42.86% of the surviving larvae were still active in the leaves, and the influence of triphenylcodin on the soils was relatively small. After the pesticides were applied, the population of S. japonicus and A. chinensis increased, while the turtle scoops Insect population has been at a low level. The results showed that thuringiensis on cotton bollworm has obvious control, can reduce the number of victims of boll damage, to achieve the purpose of increasing production and income.
