拓展训练作为一种动态教育模式,适应了完善人格。备受各国人民的青睐,有的国家已经将其纳入到各自的体育课程标准中。目前,国内部分中小学校也在尝试性地将拓展训练项目引入到体育与健康课堂中。在体育教学中,通过营造环境、创设情境和激发动机,让参与者在实践过程中丰富认知、升华情感。这样符合了中学生健全人格的发展要求,并对中学生的人格完善起到积极的促进作用。
