在我国的中西部贫困地区,常年流动着一支千余人的扶贫支教队伍。他们由全国80多所重点高校品学兼优的保送研究生组成,一年一期。自1999年成立以来,这支队伍风雨兼程11载,足迹已踏遍78个国家级扶贫工作重点县(包括4个西藏地区),完成了对300多所中小学、职高学校的“志愿加接力”扶贫支教服务工作,这便是中国青年志愿者扶贫接力研究生支教团。该支教团不同于传统的以“无私”奉献标榜自己的志愿队伍,而是以适度“有私”服务、制度规范、各方支持为激励手段,保障志愿者根本利益,促进扶贫接力稳定快速发展的国家公益项目。
In our poverty-stricken areas in the central and western regions, a contingent of more than 1,000 people in poverty relief work has been circulating throughout the year.
