目的:探讨低位直肠癌保肛术后吻合口瘘发生的原因及防治措施。方法:对患者发生吻合口瘘的原因、防治措施进行了回顾性分析。结果:2000-01/2009-09共施行直肠癌保肛手术126例,出现吻合口瘘9例,占7.14%,均通过有效的处理措施得到满意的治疗效果。结论:通过了解吻合口瘘常见的发生原因,并在不同阶段做好防治措施,可以减少吻合口瘘的发生。
Objective: To investigate the causes and prevention measures of anastomotic fistula after anus-preserving operation in low rectal cancer. Methods: Reasons of occurrence of anastomotic fistula in patients, prevention and treatment were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Between January 2000 and September 2009, 126 cases of anal sphincter preservation surgery were performed. There were 9 anastomotic fistulas (7.14%), all of which achieved satisfactory therapeutic effects through effective treatment measures. Conclusion: By understanding the common causes of anastomotic fistula and making prevention and treatment measures in different stages, the occurrence of anastomotic fistula can be reduced.
