The term “equity” is often referred to by people. It is the bond of harmonious interpersonal relationships and a prerequisite for employees’ satisfaction with distribution. Foreign organizational behavior experts have studied motivation from different perspectives. 1963 American J.S. For the first time, J.S. Adams proposed the Equity Theory. This theory is a theory that explores the relationship between personal contributions and the rewards he receives in social comparisons. It focuses on the study of the rationality and fairness of wage remuneration and its impact on the enthusiasm of employees. Others’ research confirmed and developed Adams’ theory. The study of fairness theory focuses on two issues: one is the standard of fairness, and the other is how people react to inequities (Carrell and Dittrich, 1978).
