分层教学就是针对学生个体差异,坚持因材施教原则,全面提高学生学习水平和综合能力的现代化教学方式。教师在整个教学过程中,要结合学生在心理特征、个人性格、认知能力等方面的差异,树立合理教学目标、教学要求、教学内容和教学方式等,实现课堂教学的层次化,让不同层次的学生都能够得到明显进步。本文结合多年的从教经验,对职业高中英语分层次教学的策略进行探析。
Hierarchical teaching is aiming at the individual differences of students, insisting on the principle of teaching students according to their aptitude, and comprehensively improving the modern teaching methods of students’ learning ability and comprehensive ability.
