In this paper, 45 rats were placed in the low-pressure cabin (simulated elevation of 5 000 m height) 20 to 90 days and 90 days after hypoxia returned to the air to recover 40 to 120 days of physiological and pathological changes: hypoxic rat pulmonary artery mean pressure And the maximum rate of right ventricular pressure rise was significantly higher than that of the plain control group (P <0.001). The middle pulmonary hypertrophy and area were increased. The cardiopulmonary superficial lesions were the most obvious at 90 days of hypoxia and the right ventricle was heavier in the two ventricular lesions. During the 120-day lung recovery 90 days after hypoxia, cardiac function and pathological changes almost returned to normal.
