靶向给药系统包括主动给药系统和被动给药系统都必须到达靶位并内化入靶细胞后才能发挥其治疗或杀伤作用。其内化过程的各环节受诸多因素的影响 ,本文就其内化过程中存在的影响因素及问题作一综述。
Targeted drug delivery systems, including both active and passive drug delivery systems, must reach their targets and internalize into target cells before they can exert their therapeutic or killing effect. Various aspects of its internalization process are affected by many factors. This article reviews the influencing factors and problems in the internalization process.
