在当前国家大力发展职业教育的新形势下,中等职业教育的发展对学生管理工作提出了新的要求。学生管理工作是中职学校不可或缺的重要管理工作,如何改进学生管理,提高教育质量,满足社会、学生和家长的不同要求,是我们亟待研究的课题。在学校的管理工作中学生管理工作占有十分重要的地位和作用,为了提高学生综合素质,培养出高质量的技能应用型人才,学生管理工作者用心良苦,在职教工作者面前学生管理工作的好坏直接影响到学校的兴旺发展,搞好中职学校学生管理工作,达到教书育人、管理育人的目的,是摆在职教人面前的一个亟待解决的问题。
