目的探讨德尔菲法在上海市青春期女性生殖健康保健服务政策拓展中的应用价值。方法根据研究主题确定专家人选,采用德尔菲专家咨询法进行问卷调查。结果两轮函询问卷的有效回收率均>80%,权威系数均>0.70,在综合考虑专家意见的基础上,基本确定了青春期女性月经问题筛查保健服务和流产后计划生育服务的服务对象和服务内容。结论此次咨询筛选的条目满足上海市青春期女性生殖健康保健服务政策拓展的需要。
Objective To explore the application value of Delphi method in expanding adolescent female reproductive health service policy in Shanghai. Methods According to the research theme to determine the selection of experts, using Delphi expert consultation method to conduct a questionnaire survey. Results The effective recall rate of both questionnaires was> 80% and the coefficient of authority were both> 0.70. Based on the expert opinion, the service targets of adolescent women’s menstrual screening screening service and post-abortion family planning service were basically determined And service content. Conclusion The entries screened by this consultation meet the needs of expanding adolescent female reproductive health care service policy in Shanghai.
