本文详细研究了以罗丹明 B为显色剂,比色法测定 AuCl4-的反应条件。在 0.5mol·L-1盐酸介质中,Aucl4与罗丹明B形成的紫红色络合物被苯萃取到有机相,该络合物λmax=565nm,摩尔吸光系数ε为8.8×104L·cm-1·mol-1,Au(Ⅲ)浓度在0~1.6ug/ml范围内符合比耳定律。
In this paper, the reaction conditions of AuCl4- with rhodamine B as color reagent and colorimetric method were studied in detail. In 0.5 mol·L-1 hydrochloric acid medium, the purple complex formed between Aucl4 and rhodamine B was extracted by benzene into the organic phase. The complex λmax = 565 nm, the molar extinction coefficient ε was 8.8 × 104 L · cm-1 · mol-1, the Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 1.6ug / ml for Au (Ⅲ).
