1905年Guerrorosaato's首创应用舌复合组织游离移植修复唇珠缺损。我科于1086年5月以来,采用本法修复4例唇珠缺损取得成功。 1 手术方法 手术在局麻下进行,于上唇红唇部中央凹陷处纵行切开10mm,形成楔形创面。于舌的一侧缘用美蓝画线,根据唇珠缺损程度需要,设计比缺损区略大的菱形复合组织瓣(见附图),沿设计线作楔形切开,全层取下舌组织瓣,将组织瓣移至受区并旋转180°,使舌组织的光滑面朝外,苔面朝口腔面,进行游离移植,用1-0丝线作间断缝合,一次重建唇珠,舌侧缘切口原位缝合。 2 典型病例介绍
