目的探讨不同血液透析方法对慢性肾衰竭(CRF)维持性血液透析患者钙磷代谢的影响。方法选取我院60例慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者参与研究,收治时间在2014年2月至2016年7月间,根据随机数字抽签法平分为A组、B组各30例;A组实施血液透析联合血液灌流;B组接受血液透析;对比两组患者的血钙、血磷、钙磷乘积情况。结果 A组的血钙指标、血磷指标、钙磷乘积指标等均显著优于B组,(P<0.05)。结论 CRF患者经血液透析联合血液灌流治疗后,可控制其钙磷代谢现象,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To investigate the effects of different hemodialysis methods on calcium and phosphorus metabolism in chronic hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic renal failure who underwent hemodialysis were enrolled in this study. The duration of treatment was between February 2014 and July 2016. The patients were divided into group A and group B according to the random number drawing method, 30 cases each. Group A Hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion; B group received hemodialysis; compared the two groups of patients with blood calcium, phosphorus, calcium and phosphorus products. Results The serum calcium, phosphorus, calcium and phosphorus products in group A were significantly better than those in group B (P <0.05). Conclusion After hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion, CRF patients can control the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus, which is worth to be popularized clinically.
