目的:探讨慢性盆腔炎妇产科临床治疗效果。方法:选取我院妇产科2013年10月至2014年10月收治的慢性盆腔炎患者168例作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。按照治疗方式的不同将患者分为两组,对照组83例采用常规西药治疗,观察组85例采用中西医结合疗法,对比两组临床效果。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率为96.5%,对照组为77.1%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6个月后观察组复发率为2.3%,显著低于对照组30.1%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对妇产科慢性盆腔炎患者采用中西医结合疗法疗效确切,可减少不良反应,降低复发率,改善患者生活质量,健康身心,值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of obstetrics and gynecology in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: A total of 168 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease who were admitted to our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected as the research object, and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different treatment methods, the patients were divided into two groups. 83 cases in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine, and 85 cases in the observation group were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of clinical observation group was 96.5% and that of the control group was 77.1%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P> 0.05); the recurrence rate was 2.3% in the observation group after 6 months of treatment, which was significantly lower than that of the control group Group 30.1%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in patients with Obstetrics and Gynecology Integrative Medicine curative effect is exact, can reduce adverse reactions, reduce the recurrence rate, improve patient quality of life, physical and mental health, it is worth promoting the use of the clinic.
