对小麦粉中的二氧化钛检测进行了方法确认。采用干灰化法前处理样品,消除了湿法消化及微波消解中高氯酸存在对显色的影响,方法的精密度和准确度均达到很好的效果,结果稳定可靠。
The determination of titanium dioxide in wheat flour was confirmed. Pretreatment of samples with dry ashing eliminates the influence of perchloric acid in the presence of perchloric acid in wet digestion and microwave digestion. The precision and accuracy of the method all achieved good results, and the results were stable and reliable.
