滑子菇味道鲜美,营养丰富,附着在滑子菇菌伞表面的核酸,对保持人体的精力和脑力大有益处,并且还有抑制肿瘤的作用。本研究以水稻纹枯病菌、荔枝炭疽病菌、辣椒炭疽病菌、番茄枯萎病菌等植物病原真菌为实验菌,通过真菌的对峙实验和对抑菌活性进行测定,结果表明,滑子菇提取物对真菌生长具有抑制作用,为其在食品保鲜、病原真菌防治、饲料防霉等方面的应用提供理论依据。

In this study, fungal confrontation experiments and antibacterial activity were carried out using the fungal pathogens such as Rhizoctonia solani, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Colletotrichum annuum and Fusarium oxysporum f. Fungi growth inhibition, for its food preservation, prevention and control of pathogenic fungi, feed mildew and other aspects of the application provides a theoretical basis.
