ALARA(as low as reasonably achievable,即合理性能达到的最低标准)的原则来拟定放射线防护的原则。
The purpose of radiation hygiene is to maximize the radiation effects of all applications of ionizing radiation, which is also the purpose of quality assurance. In order to get the information necessary for the diagnosis, high-quality images must be maintained, and the patient’s exposure to radiation must also be minimized. In the continuous improvement process, first of all need money. How much can be gained can be hard to estimate by taking measures to reduce the film consumption by reducing the number of erroneous radiographs, or by prolonging the life of the bulb by reducing the load. Similarly, a good image quality is difficult to use money to assess. Therefore, no attempt should be made to develop a price-benefit-analysis form of quality assurance. The International Commission on Radiological Protection (ICRP) draws on the principles of ALARA (as low as reasonably achievable), the principle of radiation protection.
