在学者的争论声中,经济全球化已席卷全球。在此背景下,探讨全球人权保护意义重大。西方强国“人权高于主权”的争论因全球化所引起的国家主权行使方式的变化而甚嚣尘上。人权的保护不能只依赖主权国家,但主权国家在人权保护方面仍发挥着最为重要的作用。另外,在人权全球保护的舞台上,众多跨国公司和非政府组织的复杂作用也需要厘清和阐明。
In the voice of scholars, economic globalization has swept the world. In this context, exploring global protection of human rights is of great significance. The controversy over the great powers of the West and “over human rights over sovereignty” has been rampant due to the changes in the way in which the sovereignty of nations is exercised by globalization. Human rights protection can not rely solely on sovereign states, but sovereign states still play the most important role in the protection of human rights.
