2009年,长春电影制片厂出品的电影《火车一响》在全国各大院线上映。影片讲述了村长蒋分寸为使火车能在村里停上1分钟,方便村民卖掉农副产品,多次找到有关部门协调终获成功,同时带领村民克服种种困难创业致富的故事。2013年8月,记者来到长白山深处的抚松县仙人桥镇黄家崴子村,寻访蒋分寸的原型——全国劳动模范、全省优秀村党组织书记柏连福。见到柏连福,记者不禁一笑:
