Based on the actual energy saving case of continuous heating furnace, the basic concepts of energy-consumption bridge and the related theoretical limit and load curve theory, the algorithm of stop loss, load loss and operation loss are introduced in detail. Practice shows that the use of energy-consumption bridge can fully understand the current energy consumption level of heating equipment, quickly find the energy consumption of heating equipment, energy-saving measures to promote the production and budget ahead of future energy consumption trends.
