目的:探讨麻醉剂对局部脑缺血/再灌注模型大鼠脑温变化的影响。方法:大鼠随机分为两组,分别应用水合氯醛腹腔注射麻醉法和气管插管2%七氟烷混合30%氧气吸入麻醉法对大鼠进行麻醉。线栓法制作MCAO缺血/再灌注模型。观察两组大鼠缺血及再灌注期肛温、脑温变化。结果:水合氯醛腹腔注射麻醉对大鼠脑温影响较大,脑温波动明显;水合氯醛腹腔注射麻醉对再灌注期脑温影响更显著。结论:大鼠MCAO模型建立时,与水合氯醛腹腔注射麻醉法比较,七氟醚吸入麻醉对大鼠脑温影响较小。
Objective: To investigate the effects of anesthetics on brain temperature changes after focal cerebral ischemia / reperfusion in rats. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into two groups. Rats were anesthetized by intraperitoneal injection of chloral hydrate and tracheal intubation with 2% sevoflurane and 30% oxygen inhalation anesthesia respectively. MCAO ischemia / reperfusion model was made by thread plug method. The changes of rectal temperature and cerebral temperature were observed during ischemia and reperfusion in both groups. Results: Intraperitoneal injection of chloral hydrate had a significant effect on brain temperature in rats, and the brain temperature fluctuated significantly. Chloral hydrate intraperitoneal injection of anesthesia had more significant effect on brain temperature during reperfusion. Conclusion: Compared with intraperitoneal injection of chloral hydrate, anesthesia induced by sevoflurane has little effect on brain temperature in rat MCAO model.
