我院临床信息计算机管理经过10年运作,取得了一定经验,现面临ICD-10新技术的开展,如何使旧系统分类编码与计算机处理的信息资源有机地连接起来,实现全面的高科技管理,是摆在我们面前的迫切任务。我们在处理旧系统的病案信息管理工作中采取先急后缓,先主后次,先易后难等方式去处理转换工作中存在的问题,使旧系统的手工卡储存的病案信息资源得到充分的利用。
