动态心电图(DCG)监测,在国内外广泛用于临床,我们选用长春曙光电子技术研究研制的12导联24h 超级固态动态心电图自动分析系统,通过微机自动分析,提供全部的心电图信息资料、统计图表、经激光打印机发出报告,它优于非全信息动态心电图的监测,提高了对心律失常及无症状性心肌缺血的检出率。资料和方法 136例均系住院病人,男性72例,女性64例,平均年龄53(9—76)岁。患者有阵发性或短暂性心律失常、胸闷、心悸病史。大部分为心脏科病人,其中冠心病46例,心律失常26例、心肌炎16例、风心病6例、肺心病
