According to a typical survey organized by the Heilongjiang Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, it is found that more than one third of the company’s losses are caused by external factors, and nearly one third of the loss-making enterprises are caused by their own factors, and the rest are caused by internal and external factors. The latter two kinds of losses are partly due to the failure of technical reforms, poor product quality, unreasonable product structure, and business decision-making mistakes.
