农村基层党组织建设直接关系到农村的改革、发展和稳定,关系到党在巩固农村基层执政发挥的作用。因此,深入了解新形势下我县农村党建工作现状,分析研究存在的突出问题,突破制约农村基层党建工作科学发展的瓶颈。对于构建统筹城乡发展力度,推动城乡发展一体化的区域性大党建工作格局,推进农村基层服务型党组织建设,提升党的基层组织建设水平,建设社会主义和谐新农村具有重要的现实意义。
The construction of rural grass-roots party organizations is directly related to the reform, development and stability of the rural areas, and has a bearing on the party’s role in consolidating the governance of rural grass-roots units. Therefore, in-depth understanding of the status quo of party building in rural areas in our county in the new situation, analysis and study of outstanding problems, breaking the bottleneck restricting the scientific development of rural grass-roots party building. It is of great practical significance to build a coordinated development of urban and rural areas, to promote regional integration of urban and rural areas, to promote the construction of grassroots service-oriented party organizations in rural areas, to enhance the level of grass-roots party organizations and to build a harmonious socialist new countryside.
