In this study, animal experiments were conducted to study the nutritive value of meal foods. Experimental animals were randomly divided into 4 groups, 12 in each group, male and female. Group A: fed ordinary bread; Group B: fed bread, Group C; fed cakes; Group D: fed shortbread. Another set of nitrogen-free diet group. Rats in each group were housed in a cage, free to eat water. Record food intake, collect urine. Experiment for 30 days. The results showed that body weight, feeding efficiency and tensile strength of femur were significantly higher in group B, C and D than those in group A; thermal efficiency. Index value of hemoglobin B group was significantly higher than that of A group. Conclusion It is suggested that feeding young food for inter-school food can promote growth and development, prevent and treat iron-deficiency anemia, improve protein digestibility, increase bone mass and enhance students’ physique.
