以2,4-二羟基苯乙酮为起始原料,经羟基烷基化和氯甲基化反应合成了3个新型查尔酮类衍生物的关键中间体--1-(5-氯甲基-2-羟基-4-烷氧基)苯乙酮,其结构经~1HNMR和ESI-MS确证.“,”Three novel intermediates of synthesizing Chalcone derivative, 1-(5-chloromethyl-2-hydroxy-4-alkoxy) acetophenones, was synthesized from 2,4-dihydroxyacetophenone by alkylation of hydroxyl and chloromethylation reaction. The structures were confirmed by ~1HNMR and ESI-MS.
