以广东省21市为研究样本,采用SE-DEA模型对其2005、2009及2013年城市效率进行评价及区域差异分析,研究发现:(1)广东省城市效率整体偏低且呈下降趋势;(2)城市间投入产出效率差异明显,整体呈现为珠三角城市效率高于西翼,西翼高于东翼,东翼高于山区的空间特征。珠三角地区城市平均效率虽远高于其他城市,但内部效率差距在逐渐拉大;(3)空间溢出效应成为影响城市效率值的重要因素,造成了领军型、跟随型、赶超型、草根型四类城市,领军型主要包括深圳及广州,草根型城市数量较多,城市效率的两级分化特点显著。
Taking 21 cities of Guangdong Province as a sample, this paper uses SE-DEA model to evaluate the urban efficiency in 2005, 2009 and 2013 and analyze regional differences. The results show that: (1) The overall urban efficiency in Guangdong Province is low and declining; ( 2) The efficiency of inter-city input-output is obviously different. Overall, the urban efficiency of the Pearl River Delta is higher than that of the west wing, that of the west wing is higher than that of the east wing, and that of the east wing is higher than that of the mountainous region. Although the average urban efficiency in the Pearl River Delta region is much higher than that in other cities, the internal efficiency gap is gradually widening. (3) The spatial spillover effect has become an important factor affecting the urban efficiency value, resulting in the leading, following, catch-up and grassroots Type four cities, the leading type mainly includes Shenzhen and Guangzhou, the number of grassroots-type cities is more, and the two-level differentiation of urban efficiency is remarkable.
