目的观察大鼠在海拔1517m的兰州地区严重烧伤后心肌酶谱的变化和复方红景天参芪花粉制剂对其的影响。方法在兰州地区建立大鼠30%Ⅲ度烧伤模型;104只大鼠随机分为实验组(48)只、对照组(48只)和正常组(8只),实验组伤前予复方红景天参芪花粉溶液灌胃,对照组则用生理盐水,在术后不同时相点测定LDH、α-HDH、CK、CK-MB及GOT。结果伤后3h,实验组和对照组的心肌酶谱显著高于正常组,然后心肌酶谱逐渐下降,α-HDH、CK、CK-MB在术后72h接近正常,而LDH和GOT仍高于正常。总体观察试验组心肌酶谱水平显著低于对照组。结论复方红景天参芪花粉制剂对严重烧伤后心肌有一定的保护作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the change of myocardial enzymes and the effect of compound Rhodendron arguta aureus pollen preparation on severely burned rats in Lanzhou area at an altitude of 1517m. Methods A 30% III degree burn model was established in Lanzhou area. 104 rats were randomly divided into experimental group (48), control group (48) and normal group (8). Ginseng pollen solution was intragastrically administrated. The control group used normal saline and LDH, α-HDH, CK, CK-MB, and GOT were measured at different time points after surgery. RESULTS After 3 hours of injury, the myocardial enzymes of the experimental group and the control group were significantly higher than the normal group, and then the myocardial enzyme spectrum decreased gradually. The α-HDH, CK, and CK-MB were close to normal 72 hours after the operation, while the LDH and GOT were still higher than normal. The overall observation of myocardial enzymes in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion The compound Rhodiola sachalinensis pollen preparation has a certain protective effect on severe burned myocardium.
