2015年12月29日,中国共产党大连市第十一届委员会第十次全体会议暨全市经济工作会议召开,听取和讨论了辽宁省委常委、大连市委书记唐军受市委常委会委托作的工作报告,审议通过了《中共大连市委关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划的建议》。2016年1月12日,肖盛峰市长代表大连市政府在大连市第十五届人民代表大会第四次会议作工作报告。两次会议分别对去年社会治理工作进行总结回顾,对2016年工作进行安排部署。
On December 29, 2015, the Tenth Plenary Session of the 11th Committee of Dalian Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Economic Work Conference of the City were held to hear and discuss the work report entrusted by the Standing Committee of Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and Dalian Municipal Party Committee Secretary Tang Jun , Reviewed and adopted the “Proposal of the CPC Dalian Municipal Committee on Formulating the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development.” On January 12, 2016, Mayor Xiao Shengfeng delivered a report on behalf of Dalian Municipal Government on the work of the fourth meeting of the 15th Dalian People’s Congress in Dalian. The two meetings respectively reviewed the social governance work last year and arranged the deployment and deployment of the work in 2016.
