[Dialogue Background] Mr. Doren Fast is the President of the American Doll Fast Group and one of the world’s leading experts in health care system reform. He has consulted with government agencies and private healthcare organizations in the United States, France, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. He has conducted consultations with more than 300 hospitals on a worldwide basis to help them improve their understanding of the HIT (medical information technology) market, form new product strategies, and better serve their healthcare clients. He has published more than 15 books, all of which are related to the development level of computer science and technology and the potential for future development in improving health care operations. He has written more than 100 papers on this topic, and has spoken at conferences around the world in the healthcare industry. He is widely quoted on the topic of using computer technology to reduce costs and improve quality in the healthcare industry. In recent years, the world’s health reform experts have focused their attention on China’s health care reform process, hoping to make certain contributions to China’s health care reform through its own technological and financial advantages. To this end, we interviewed this American expert in particular during this issue and invited him to discuss in detail with him a series of related ideas and suggestions.
