研究了不同种类和用量的配合剂对苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体性能的影响。结果表明,硬脂酸锌作为脱模剂,脱模性明显改善;炭黑、白炭黑的补强效果优于其他填料;线形低密度聚乙烯作为硬化剂(改性)的效果优于其他硬化剂;环烷油作为软化剂的软化效果优于其他软化剂。
The effects of different types and amounts of compounding agents on the properties of styrenic thermoplastic elastomers were studied. The results showed that the zinc stearate as mold release agent showed a significant improvement in releasability; the reinforcing effect of carbon black and white carbon was better than other fillers; and the effect of linear low density polyethylene as hardener (modification) was better than that of other Hardener; naphthenic oil as a softener softening better than other softeners.
