本文确定了8种杀虫剂对鳗鱼的24、48、72、96小时的急性毒性,并对结果进行了比较。这8种广谱杀虫剂分为两大类:氯代烃类(林丹、硫丹)和有机磷类(杀螟松、甲基1605、敌百虫、二嗪农,杀扑磷、毒死蜱)。研究方法将鳗鱼置于300L玻璃容器中,持续注入自来水(20℃,总硬度以CaCO_3计为250mg/L,pH7.9±0.2,碱度4.1mmol/L),放养两周。制备40L玻璃箱,每箱放35L水和10尾鱼,将杀虫剂用丙酮溶解,取适量注入试验箱内,每个浓度设3个平行组和一个对照组。加样后24、48、72、96小时时观察并计算死亡率。结果表明,接触杀虫剂后,鳗鱼表现为不安、不规则游动、痉挛、失去平衡
In this paper, the acute toxicities of 8 pesticides to eels at 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours were determined and the results were compared. The eight broad spectrum insecticides fall into two broad categories: chlorinated hydrocarbons (lindane, endosulfan) and organophosphates (fenitrothion, methyl 1605, trichlorfon, diazinon, methidathion, chlorpyrifos ). Methods The eel was placed in a 300L glass container and tap water (20 ℃, total hardness was 250mg / L in CaCO_3, pH7.9 ± 0.2, alkalinity 4.1mmol / L) was placed in a 300L glass container for two weeks. Prepare 40L glass boxes, put 35L water and 10 fish in each box, dissolve the insecticides with acetone, and inject the appropriate amount into the test chamber with 3 parallel groups and one control group for each concentration.
