建设21世纪海上丝绸之路和丝绸之路经济带建设规划,也就是通俗讲的“一带一路”战略,是中国推进亚洲新一轮全球化的重要步骤;是中国推动亚洲和全球经济发展的积极担当。“一带一路”战略,有助于增强发展中国家和新兴市场经济国家在全球化中的话语权,塑造公平、合理和一个更广泛效益的全新全球治理秩序。亚洲基础设施投资银行的投融资体系是“一带一路”战略实施的重要保障。“一带一路”的投资和贸易拓展,与“亚投行”的投融资运作,都需要遵循市场经济规律和国际经贸规则;民营企业和民间资本,恰恰是最擅于在市场经济中长袖善舞的。过去30多年,中国成长了民营企业和民间资本的力量,我们应该支持其参与“一带一路”国家战略和“亚投行”的运作,创新全球治理,促进全球发展。
