深化企业改革,搞好经营承包责任制,提高企业经济效益.加强对国营工业企业自有流动资金的补充,有待于各级金融、财政部门探索。现从应城市国营工业企业近几年补充自有流动资金的现状谈点看法和建议。该市现有国营工业企业16户,其中省级企业3户,地属企业1户,市属企业12户。1988年底共有自有流动资金55.1万元,其中省膏矿20万元,市属企业35.1万元。16户企业自有流动资金占流动资金总额的0.56％,加上国拨流动资金占流动资金总额的20.86％,远远没有达到国务院要求的30％的标准。同时,企业生产规模的发展速度远远快于企业自
