在检察机关内部设立检察委员会,实行集体领导,是我国人民检察制度的一个特色。不可否认,检察委员会在检察监督职能、重大事项决策上发挥了重要的作用。然而,实践中逐渐暴露出检察委员会制度运行中的一些问题,本文结合我国现行的规律规定、检察工作的实际,对检察委员会的职能进行了分析,在此基础上,对完善和构建检察委员会制度提出一些看法,以抛砖引玉。
The establishment of procuratorial committees and the implementation of collective leadership within the procuratorial organs are one of the features of the people’s procuratorial system in our country. Admittedly, the procuratorial commission plays an important role in procuratorial and supervisory functions and decision-making of major issues. However, in practice, some problems in the operation of the procuratorial commission system are gradually exposed. In this paper, based on the current laws and regulations of our country and the actual procuratorial work, the functions of the procuratorial commission are analyzed. On the basis of this, it is necessary to improve and construct the procuratorial commission system Put forward some ideas to start with.
