目的】应用两种螺旋CT多层面图象重建(MPR)技术检查颌骨,考察这些图象用于牙种植所达到的临床效果。【方法】用螺旋CT对牙种植术前术后的临床病例之颌骨作1mm厚层连续扫描后,CT主机将扫描图象数据传送入工作站,以牙科颌骨多区域MPR软件,和普通颌骨单区域MPR软件处理数据。【结果】多区域MPR技术可同时显示数张整体颌骨弓的CT全景片和数十张任意间隔的颌骨弓多区域横断面图象。普通颌骨单区域MPR技术可显示颌骨单区域数张任意平面和任意曲面的图象。【结论】两种螺旋CTMPR分别适用于牙种植术前设计的颌骨检查,和植入后牙种植体的检查。两种技术的联合应用可较全面检查牙种植术前术后的颌骨形态、结构和骨质、牙种植体与骨结合情况,以及牙种植体与颌骨内重要结构的关系
Objective] To examine the clinical effect of these images on dental implants using two spiral CT multi-slice image reconstruction (MPR) techniques. 【Methods】 CT scan of the jaws in clinical cases before and after dental implantations was performed on CT scanners. The CT images of the scanned images were sent to the workstation. The MPR software of dental maxilla and the common jaw Bone single-area MPR software processes data. 【Result】 The multi-regional MPR technique can simultaneously display several CT panoramic views of the entire mandibular arch and dozens of cross-sectional images of the mandibular arch at arbitrary intervals. Ordinary jaw single-area MPR technology can display a single area of the jaw a few arbitrary plane and arbitrary surface images. 【Conclusion】 The two spiral CTMPRs are suitable for the preoperative jaw design and the dental implants for dental implants. The combined application of the two techniques allows a comprehensive examination of the shape, structure and bone of the jaw after dental implantation, the relationship between dental implants and bone, and the relationship between the dental implants and the important structures in the jaw
