(一)在檢查中發現問題 南昌市衛生局檢查各中醫聯合診所的結果,全部脫產的中醫三二人,半脫產的三八人,特約二人,共計七三人。他們分佈在二十二個聯合診所中,担任醫療工作,由於一般的業務都不够好。不能維持工作人員的家屬的生活、因而有的不是人數不足,就是輪流式的在所應診,其餘時間囘到私人診所看病,因此失去了聯合診所必要時間,各科會診和交流經驗的意義,同時也就影響到制度的執行,使得大多數診所不能遵守作息時間和值日制度,如第五區和平聯合診所(潮王洲),醫師不按時上班、和夜間無醫師應診,因而病人來所沒有醫師看病,使病人遭受到困難,其他如所務會議,工作檢討會議,及會診制度,均未按期,甚或沒有舉行。
