为了检测以编码器数字编码方式进行调速的HXD1型机车司机控制器,本试验装置采用了模拟紧凑输入输出模块(CIO)采集格雷码编码,并将其反编译为自然二进制编码的方法,对司机控制器整体性能进行判断。文章介绍了该实验装置的组成和检测原理,按照检修工艺要求,详细阐述了司机控制器性能参数的检测方法,该试验装置运行稳定,可靠,提高了司机控制器的故障检出率。
In order to test the HXD1 locomotive controller which is speed-adjusted by encoder digital code, this test device adopts the method of analog Gray Input / Output Module (CIO) to capture Gray Code and decompile it into natural binary code. Driver controller to determine the overall performance. In this paper, the composition and testing principle of the experimental device are introduced. According to the requirements of the maintenance process, the testing method of the performance parameters of the driver controller is described in detail. The experimental device runs stably and reliably and improves the detection rate of the fault of the driver controller.
