日本近代作家德富芦花的名作《不如归》自1908年由林纾、魏易译介到中国以来,以新剧等形式为广大读者、观众所熟知,粤剧《胡不归》与《不如归》之间也存在密切的联系。针对这一近代中日文学交流的特殊样本,本论文分别从剧本考证、剧本改编两方面进行比较研究,力图阐明两方面的问题:粤剧《胡不归》的剧本依据了哪些文本;剧本在改编过程中吸收了哪些中国的传统文学要素,根据观众的反应做了哪些调整。并在比较研究的基础上探讨改编背后潜藏着怎样的规律,接受方的文本语境如何影响了文本的流传与演变。

Aiming at this special sample of the exchange of Chinese and Japanese literature in modern times, this dissertation makes a comparative study from two aspects: screenplay verification and script adaptation, trying to clarify two aspects: what texts are based on the scripts of Cantonese opera Hu Buluo; Which Chinese traditional literary elements were absorbed in the process and adjusted according to audience reaction. And on the basis of comparative study, it explores the hidden law behind the adaptation, and how the receiving party’s textual context affects the circulation and evolution of the text.
