本文介绍一种精确测量高速单峰冲击正脉冲幅值的方法和电路。这种电路具有结构简单测量迅速,读数直观,能满足一般小信号的测量要求。如将输入端接一无感分压器还能满足雷击试验和高频高压冲击脉冲幅值的测量要求。
This article describes a precise measurement of high-speed single-pulse impact pulse amplitude method and circuit. This circuit has a simple structure, rapid measurement, intuitive readings, to meet the general small signal measurement requirements. Such as the input termination without a sense of voltage divider but also to meet the lightning test and high-frequency high-voltage shock pulse amplitude measurement requirements.
