为了解猪囊尾蚴在宿主体内产生的循环抗原含量与其虫体发育阶段之间的关系,本文应用抗猪囊尾蚴单克隆抗体,以反向间接血换法对不同感染密度和不同发育程度的猪囊尾蚴病猪进行了特异性循环抗原的检测。结果表明:(1)发育成熟的囊尾蚴:低密度感染6头猪,18份样品,血凝效价为1:2(++)~1:64(++++),其囊尾蚴循环抗原蛋白含量为0.15~4.0μg/ml;中密度感染猪5头,10份样品,血凝效价1:8(++)~1:128(++++),其循环抗原蛋白含量为0.4~6.4μg/ml;高密度感染猪3头,6份样品,血凝效价为1:128(++)~1:256(++++),其检出的蛋白含量为6.4~12.8μg/ml;(2)发育幼稚期的囊尾蚴:高密度感染猪2头,4份样品,血凝效价为1:2(++)~1:4(++++),其循环抗原蛋白含量为0.15~0.3μg/ml。显示处于同一发育程度的囊尾蚴,感染密度越高,其被检出的蛋白含量越高;高密度感染的幼稚期囊尾蚴,其产生的抗原明显低于中、高密度感染的成熟期囊尾蚴者。提示了囊尾蚴产生的循环抗原量并非单纯地随虫荷的增加而增高,而与虫体发育阶段有密切关系。
In order to understand the relationship between circulating antigen content of Cysticercus cellulosae and its developmental stage in the host, the anti-Cysticercus cellulosae monoclonal antibody was used in this study. The pigs with different infection densities and developmental stages Cysticercosis pigs were tested for specific circulating antigens. Showed cysticerci at the same developmental level. The higher the density of infection, the higher the protein content was detected. The high density infected cysticerci of juvenile had significantly lower antigens than that of medium and high density infected mature cysticercus By. It is suggested that the amount of circulating antigen produced by Cysticercus cellulosae is not simply increased with the increase of insect burden, but closely related to the stage of development of the worms.
