1986年5月1日至1995年1月止，共8年在我院出生30610树新生儿中，进行监测分析出162创出生缺陷儿。其中活产为121例，发病率占3．95％。，死亡41例，占1．33％。。男84例，发病率占2.74％。，女76例，占2.47％。，作别不清3例，占0．08％。并对162例出生缺陷儿的性别、种类、季节、产妇年龄、产妇职业、孕妇健康与疾病情况进行调查分析。属于中枢神经系时形儿42例，占1．37％。，属于非中枢神经系统畸形儿为120例，发生率3．92％。文中还分析讨论了出生缺陷与妊娠月份和各种疾病的关系。
