一朝鲜停战谈判从一九五一年七月十日开始以来,到现在已经七个多月了。虽然中朝方面抱着迅速实现朝鲜停战的诚意和愿望,但由於美帝国主义方面一贯采取拖延和阻挠的态度,会议进度得极慢。一直到现在,美帝国主义者仍然坚持着三个荒谬无理的主张,在停战谈判路上设置了三个路障,使得停战协定不能迅速达成? 第一,是所谓限制军用飞机场底修复和建筑问题。美帝国主义在发动侵略朝鲜战争的初期,利用其空军的优势,进行其空前的、惨无人道的、违反一切战争法规的,对於和平城市与平民的轰炸。美帝国主义的飞机不是在朝鲜进行战争,而是在进行毁灭城市、乡村、和平民。美帝国主义者虽然违反了文明人所共同遵守的一切战争法规,毫无顾忌地狂轰滥炸毁灭和平的城市、乡村、和平民,但是,美帝国主义并不能挽回其军事的失败的命运,美帝国主义的侵略军队仍然被英勇的中国人民志愿军和朝鲜人民军从鸭绿江赶到
It has been more than seven months since the North Armistice Talks began on July 10, 1951. Although China and the DPRK hold the sincerity and aspiration of quickly realizing the armistice in the DPRK, the meeting has been proceeding extremely slowly because of the protracted and obstructive attitude of the United States imperialists. Until now, the U.S. imperialists still persist in three ridiculous and unreasonable claims that they have set up three barricades on the road to cease-fire negotiations so that the Armistice Agreement can not be reached promptly. The first is that the so-called restrictions on restoration and construction of military aircraft arenas. At the initial stage of invading the Korean war, the U.S. imperialists used their air force’s superiority to carry out their unprecedented and inhumane bombing of peaceful cities and civilians in violation of all the laws and regulations of war. The U.S. imperialist aircraft are not carrying out the war in North Korea but in the destruction of cities, villages and civilians. Although the U.S. imperialists have violated all the laws and regulations that civilians commonly abide by and indiscriminately bombarded the cities, villages and civilians who peacefully destroyed, the U.S. imperialism can not restore the fate of its failed military.
