公路交通是能源消耗以及碳排放的主要领域,为了促进绿色社会发展以及维护公路交通的可持续发展,有必要进行有效的公路交通节能减排工作。对于我国公路交通行业来说,利用影响分析方法来制定合理的节能减排体系,对公路交通上的各项指标进行分析,巩固公路交通节能减排体系的基础。本文对公路交通节能减排体系进行了讨论,然后对其在国内外的应用情况进行了对比探究。分析表明,我国的公路节能减排工作有较大的加强空间。
Road traffic is the main area of energy consumption and carbon emissions. In order to promote the development of green society and maintain the sustainable development of highway transportation, it is necessary to carry out effective road traffic energy conservation and emission reduction work. For China’s road transport industry, the use of impact analysis to develop a reasonable system of energy-saving emission reduction, road traffic indicators to analyze and consolidate the basis of road traffic energy-saving emission reduction system. This article discusses the energy-saving and emission reduction system of highway traffic, and then makes a comparative study of its application both at home and abroad. Analysis shows that China’s road energy-saving emission reduction work has greater room for improvement.
